Asia Cup 2023
This year, 2023, is the 16th edition of the Asia Cup, which is jointly being hosted by Sri Lanka and Pakistan. The matches will be held between August 30 and September 17, 2023. The match will be played between 6 countries – India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Nepal. While the former 5 are a part of the Asian Cricket Council, Nepal(not a member) has joined to compete for the cup after the team qualified by winning the 2023 ACC Men’s Premier Cup.
The matches are ongoing, and Nepal and Afghanistan have been eliminated from the tournament. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh have qualified as Super Four. The matches between Super Four begin on September 6, 2023.
