Lego Masters first premiered on February 5, 2020 on Fox. The American Reality competition TV series has successfully completed 3 seasons and has already been renewed for Season 4 and 5. The makers are now set to premiere Season 4.
Lego Masters – The Game
The participants compete against each other in teams of two, and the last surviving team wins the title of Lego Masters. The participants are given Lego pieces, a theme, and a time period in which they need to complete their tasks. Once their creations are complete, the judges review their creations as the teams explain their thoughts on what drove them to make that specific design. Teams are judged on the basis of completion, technical skill, creativity, visual impact, faithful to the theme, originality, and functionality.
A variety of creative challenges will be presented to the participants, including the space theme, where they will have to build customized spaceships. They will have to create a LEGO volcano that explodes, build remote-controlled cars, compete with them in races, and create a pet palace that will be tested by real animals and the Cirque du Soleil task.
Golden Brick is awarded to the team with the most inventive design – it is decided by judges or brickmasters Amy and Jamie. If the team with Golden Brick feels their work isn’t good enough to get them through at any time during future tasks, they can use this to automatically advance to the next challenge. Once given up, the Golden Brick will be available for other teams to win and use in the future for their immunity.
One team is eliminated in every episode. The competition show has many interesting challenges, and each one gets more difficult as the competition advances.
