CW Television Network recently confirmed that Nicky Shen would now explore new horizons as her journey in Season 2 was heart-wrenching. The audience last saw Nicky Shen and her friends fight against Russell Tan, the evil billionaire, to protect her community in San Francisco.

Release Date of Kung Fu Season 3
Season 2 of Kung Fu ended on June 15 this year and kept the audience yearning for more. CW had already declared that there would be a Season 3 of this television series. Kung Fu Season 3 is being set to go live on CW this October 5. The show will premiere on Wednesday at 9:00 pm.

Plot of Kung Fu Season 3
Speaking of the plot for Season 3, showrunners Robert Berens and Christina Kim are yet to reveal anything about this season. They also said that audience should expect Henry to be gone for good. They are taking this opportunity to allow his character mature and grow.
Although Zhilan is dead, we may yet have to see an end to Zhilan’s role as the actress is definitely present this season. Nicky’s magic has caused someone to enter this realm, possibly Xiao or shifu Pei Ling.

Olivia Liang is returning in her role of Nicky Shen, Eddie Liu will be seen playing Nicky’s boyfriend, Henry Yan, Tzi Ma will play Jin Shen, Shannon Dang as Althea Shen, Tony Chung as Dennis Soong, Kheng Hua Tan as Mei-Li Shen, Jon Prasida as Ryan Shen, Yvonne Chapman as Zhilan, JB Tadena as Sebastian, Vanessa Kai as Pei-Ling Zheng, Gavin Stenhouse as Evan Hartley and Vanessa Yao as Mia. There will definitely be new characters this season who may play interesting parts in Kung Fu.
