The glamourous Karishma Kapoor will be appearing as a special guest this weekend in Indian Idol Season 12. The Raja Hindustani actress gets the grand welcome everyone. Karishma expresses – “I am overwhelmed to be on the India’s no 1 singing reality show. The talent on this show is unbeatable and I am very excited as finally I am getting the opportunity to listen to these wonderful talented singers LIVE”.

Pawandeep Rajan in the Latest Episode
Pawandeep will be singing on “Tumsa koi Payara Tumsa koi Masum nai h ”. His mesmerizing performance won the heart of Karishma Kapoor. She also stated that his humble and harmless nature reflects in this singing and he made her revive lot of old memories.. She accepted the request of Pawandeep and danced with him on stage. He expressed his love and respect for the actress by going on his knees and gave a red rose to her. Pawandeep stated that he has always admired Karishma since his childhood and she is not only an awesome actor but an astonishing dancer too.
Mohd Danish in the Latest Episode
Moh Danish sings to the popular song of the actress – “Yaara O Yaar” and “Phoolon sa Chehra Tera”. After giving such an amazing performance, Mohd. Danish requested the actress to be on stage and recreate the Raja Hindustani moment with him. Karishma readily agreed. He impressed the actress not only with his singing skills but his acting skills too. Karishma stated that “He is Raja Hindustani of singing as well as acting”. She also said that his powerful singing reminded her of old days.
Mohd Danish shared, that he literally felt he was living a dream. Inspite of being such a great dancer and actress, she is so humble, kind and down to earth. He thanked Indian Idol for giving him this opportunity.
Arunita Kanjilal in Indian Idol Latest Episode
Arunita impressed with her sweet and melodious voice. She sang the popular song – “Aye ho Meri Zindagi me Tum Bahar banke.” Karishma seemed very impressed with Arunita and even stated – “Arunita! Welcome to Bollywood”. No doubt she has a perfect playback singer voice.
Sayali Kamble in Indian Idol Latest Episode
Sayali sang the most popular song of its era – “Me Albeli Ghumu Akeli”. She set the stage on fire and Zubeidaa actress had all praise for her.
Special request by Karishma to Shanmukhapriya
Karishma requested Shanmukpriya to sing the Kapoor’s family song “Kisi Ki Muskurathon Pe ho Nisaar”. Shanmukhpriya not only sang the song but herself played a piano. She did full justice to the song and won the heart of the actress. Karishma thanked her for accepting her request and singing her grandfather’s song so beautifully. She also added that it brought around a lot of good old memories and emotions in her.
Shanmukha shared : “ She is so happy and on cloud nine that Karishma herself made a request to her and that too of a song which is not only special to her but to the entire Kapoor family. She thanked the Indian Idol for giving her such opportunity.
Himesh too praised Shanmukhpriya stating : “Musically, she is super talented”
Nihal Tauro in Indian Idol Latest Episode
Nihal sang on the one of the sweetest and meodious song from Raja Hindustani ”Pucho Zara Pucho”. Everyone praised him and Karishma herself swayed with enjoyment to his melodious voice. She stood and showered all praises for him. The actress even pulled Nihal’s cheek for his cuteness.
Karishma Reveals Who is the biggest Prankster
Karishma also revealed that Amir Khan, Suniel Shetty and Akshay Kumar are the biggest pranksters in Bollywood. She even said that Suniel Shetty will remain topmost prankster for her.
She shared an incident while shooting with Suniel Shetty in Chennai for the film. “”We were shooting for a film in Chennai and I saw a man wearing a dhoti. I thought that he must be a senior artist from the South who I may not know as he was surrounded with a lot of people. Later, Anna (Suniel Shetty) asked me to meet him. We talked for almost 20 minutes and clicked photos together. Later, before the shot, the same man in dhoti was dabbing my face with a puff! When I enquired about him, = to my shock , Suniel revealed, it was a prank and the person was actually his make-up artist,”
Karishma also revealed that she almost had said no to Dil To Pagal Hai as she was sceptical and scared to dance with Madhuri ji. She is thankful to her mother Babita who convinced her to do such a challenging role that was a turning point in her career.
Karisma Kapoor and Aditya Dance on Pyar Kar
Host, Aditya Narayan requested Karishma to share the stage with her and dance on the romantic song “Pyar Kar”. Contestants as well as judges will be giving standing ovation to her. Aditya shared that he will always cherish this moment with the actress forever his life. He also added “I am a huge fan of Karishma since my childhood. She is the most beautiful and humble actress.”
All the judges too will be seeing enjoying the performances of the top 6 contestants. The current judges are Sonu Kakkar, Himesh Reshamiya and Anu Malik. Sonu Kakkar and Anu Malik have filled in the shoes of Neha Kakkar and Vishal Dadlani aftyer they moved out of the show.
Karishma Kapoor special episode will be aired this weekend on 17th July at 9.30 pm on Sony Entertainment Television. The beautiful actress will be seen dazzling in red shimmery suit.
