A Dramatic Day Unfolds in the Bigg Boss House
The tenth day in the Bigg Boss 17 house was marred by a surprising and emotionally charged showdown that left the housemates reeling. Despite the ongoing verbal skirmishes involving Abhishek Kumar, it was a clash between Mannara Chopra and Munawar Faruqui that cast a pall of gloom over the atmosphere. Mannara’s steadfast refusal to engage with Faruqui, even after attempts by KhanZaadi to mediate, took a heavy toll on the house’s overall energy. Here’s a recap of the day’s events on Salman Khan’s show:
Aishwarya and Neil’s Ongoing Spat
On Day 10, Aishwarya Sharma and her husband Neil Bhatt continued their argument. An irked Aishwarya didn’t want the other contestants to overhear their dispute, but they eventually resolved it, albeit with some mocking on her part. However, she later broke down, prompting Neil to step in and try to console her once again.
The Mannara-Munawar Moment
Amidst the mundane chore of washing dishes, Mannara Chopra suddenly burst into song and dance, performing “Right Here Right Now.” Surprisingly, Munawar Faruqui joined in, and Mannara playfully quipped that if the food turns out poorly, the blame would be placed squarely on him.
However, a poignant moment ensued when Munawar suggested that Mannara was free to flirt with anyone she pleased. Her response, a nonchalant “yeah, sure,” added an intriguing layer to their dynamic. Later, Munawar expressed concern that Mannara might inadvertently injure herself while handling carrots, onions, and tomatoes. Mannara vented her frustration to KhanZaadi, who, in turn, defended Munawar. However, Mannara remained stubborn, even as Navid came to her support, leading to her tears over the situation.
Tehelka’s Complaint to Neil
Sunny Arya, also known as Tehelka, voiced his concerns to Neil about the disassociation within their group. In response, Neil took a subtle jab at Vicky Jain, who was conversing with Anurag Dobhal. This triggered suspicions that Vicky might be influencing him.
Munawar and Navid’s Language Lesson
Munawar attempted to teach Navid Sole Hindi, resulting in a comedic moment as Navid struggled to grasp certain phrases and inadvertently repeated them.
New House Rules
Bigg Boss introduced two game-changing rules. First, only one house member could be in the kitchen at a time, and they could only cook among themselves. Second, the kitchen would now have limited availability, causing confusion and chaos between the “dil ghar” and “dimaag ghar” teams.
Abhishek Kumar Takes Center Stage
Abhishek Kumar began the day by asserting that Isha Malviya lacked cooking skills, particularly criticizing her for spoiling the eggs within the constrained time limit. Tempers flared when Sana Raees Khan and Abhishek engaged in a heated argument, with Soniya stepping in to defend Abhishek. The confrontation between Soniya and Sana nearly escalated to physical violence.
Abhishek continued to provoke the “dimaag ghar” contestants, urging them to complete their tasks more quickly in the kitchen. This led to a minor dispute involving Munawar, Rinku, and Abhishek. Isha later confronted Munawar in defense of Abhishek. In another incident, Abhishek clashed with Ankita over food.
Ankita’s Name-Calling
Ankita’s criticism of the stove’s cleanliness led to her referring to Mannara as a ‘bacchi’ (child). This comment elicited laughter from KhanZaadi, but she later reassured Mannara. Nevertheless, when Ankita approached Mannara, Mannara pushed her away.
Bigg Boss Lightens the Mood
In response to the escalating tension in the house, Bigg Boss decided to lighten the mood. He dedicated a song to the contestants and shared a reprise version of the Bigg Boss anthem, momentarily lifting everyone’s spirits.
