India’s favorite talent reality show, India’s Got Talent, IGT, is coming back with another season. Starting back in 2009, India’s top reality show had its successful long 8 season run. Today we will give you all the details and latest updates about the Judge’s names, hosts, and airing dates.
India’s Got Talent Season 9 Judges
India’s Got Talent has been running for more than a decade now, and each year we see a new face on the Judge’s seat. The only Judge who has been constant with this show is none other than Kirron Kher.
Last year, Kirron Kher, Karan Johar, and Malaika Arora Khan were the judges. Karan Johar and Malaika Arora Khan, who have been on the Judge’s seat since season 4, will not be there for this season. Instead, we will be seeing two new judges.
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra revealed on her Twitter that she would be on the jury’s seat. Recently Shilpa posted a #BTS video on her Twitter account stating she can’t wait to work along with Kirron Ji and the famous Bollywood rapper Badshah. This means the show has replaced Karan Johar with Badshah and Malaika Arora Khan with Shilpa Shetty.
This season will have four judges instead of just 3. Shilpa also revealed on her Twitter that lyricist Manoj Mutashir will also join them in the Judge’s seat.
India’s Got Talent Season 9 Host
Season 8 was hosted by Bharti Singh and Rithvik Dhanjani. But for this season, the show has roped the Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 winner Arjun Bijlani. So far, there will be only one host for this season.
India’s Got Talent Season 9 Premiere Date
This may give you a little surprise, but India’s got talent season 9 will no longer be aired on Colors TV. Up until season 8, the show was broadcasted on Colors TV.
