Twitter is over the fight of Nepotism and Talent for the Selection of Arjun Tendulkar in the Under-19 Team

Arjun Tendulkar, son of the Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, was on Thursday appointed in the Under-19 team for 2 four-day games in Sri Lanka. Along with his choice from the team sparked many openings, together with remarks divided in favor of his decision and against.

Arjun, 18, has been chosen as a player of a 15-member squad from the nation’s junior selection committee, according to a press release by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). An all-rounder who bats and bowls left-handed, Arjun was enjoying junior cricket for Mumbai. The left-arm fast bowler has claimed 18 wickets in five national games at the Under-19 level.

Ever since Sachin has hung his boots up from the match, the spotlight has fallen on his son Arjun who’s impressed by some eye-catching performances in the national level. While many supported Arjun to continue his dad’s footsteps as he chooses his first steps towards the Indian group, others lightened the problem of nepotism once more.

Selection of Arjun Tendulkar: Tweets

He came under the Global spotlight when he bowled in the nets in the lead-up to the Lord’s Test between England and South Africa in 2017.

Arjun was missed for its five one-dayers that the juniors will perform throughout the July 11-August 11 tour following the four-day games. Sachin, revered in cricket-mad India, also started his career with Mumbai’s junior group before being chosen to the senior side at age 15.

He scored an unmatchable century during his debut in the Ranji Trophy, Indian cricket inter-state championship. He won his first captain-ship for India a year later before going on to become the maximum scorer in the history of Test cricket in addition to the first player to score 100 global centuries. He nailed it in 2013.
