The 52 year old star has a huge worldwide following and his hints got people excited more than ever. Shah Rukh had been continuously tweeting about his new movie with Anand L Rai via Twitter and Instagram. He dropped hints about his co-stars also.

Shah Rukh kept his promise to his fans and revealed the name of the movie exactly at 5pm on New Year’s Day. He took to twitter to inform his fans about this massive news. The teaser was announced on 1st January and has gained about 13 million views on YouTube. The teaser was released on YouTube by Red Chillies Entertainment.

The teaser of the movie gives perfect feels of retro cinema. It completely throws you back to the 80’s era with grand sets and lots of light. The main attraction of the teaser is that King Khan has been seen in a never before avatar. The teaser is one minute long. Shah Rukh plays the role of a dwarf or a physically challenged man.
In the teaser, Shah Rukh can be seen dancing to Mohammed Rafi’s classic, “Iss Diwane Dilne Kya Jadoo Chalaya.” Shah Rukh in three different looks for this song. In the first, he flaunted boxers a vest, for the next he flaunted a casual wear and in his last look he could been seen wearing a tuxedo and dancing to this song. Shah Rukh danced as if no one’s watching.
Some of the merry words used in the teaser to describe Shah Rukh’s trailer were “Pagal”, “Mental”, “Shaayar” and “Dhokebaaz”. This movie also shows the face of Katrina Kaif imprinted on the coat of one of his characters. According to the reports, Shah Rukh plays the character of a man who is star struck and Katrina Kaif plays the role of a celebrity.
