Sony TV’s mega-popular celebrity talk show, The Kapil Sharma Show, is all set to release its 4th season with new faces and more comedy and drama. On Wednesday, fans got to see the season’s first-ever teaser. Fans were excited to see the new actor but were disappointed when Krushna Abhishek did not appear in the teaser. According to the industry source, the actor had decided to leave the show for good due to some arguments over his payment.
In the trailer, Kapil is inside a hospital and has bandages wrapped over his head. In the trailer, we get to see comedians like Kiku Sharda, Sumona Chakravarti, and Chandan Prabhakar around him. Kapil wakes up in the hospital and remembers everyone except his wife, played by Sumona.
And just by then Gazal enters the room with a flower bouquet in his hand. He goes to Kapil’s wife and says some numbers. But Archana Puran Singh takes his neck by her hand and says, “You forgot your wife but not her scooter numbers.”
Kapil and his old crew, except for Krushna, will return for the show’s season 4 along with a few new faces, including,
Chandan Prabhakar and Sumona Chakravarti will also be returning to The Kapil Sharma Show Season 4. Also, Bharti Singh will appear on the show once she is free as she’s engaged with some other reality programs.
Since season 2, the show’s producers have been Kapil Sharma and Salman Khan. Previously Kapil charged Rs. 30-35 lakh per episode for seasons 1 and 2 of TKSS. And for the last season, his pay got a huge hike, per episode to Rs. 50 lakhs, and he charged Rs. 1 crore per week. It may go higher for this season.
According to the official announcement, The Kapil Sharma Show Season 4 is set to release on September 10, 2022. You can watch the show on Sony TV every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 pm. It’s also available on YouTube and Sony LIV for streaming.
