The creator of the story Dong Hyuk, has hinted at a major spoiler with the ending of season 1 when Gi-hun says, “I will be back and will do something for the world”.

The storyline is not yet decided as there is huge pressure to create an enthralling plot after the great hit of Squid Game season 1. The creator adds, the people from all over the world are suggesting their opinions about the show where it should go. 

However, it is expected that the relationship between Hwang Jun-ho and Hwang In-ho will be explored as their ending was ambiguous in the first season. 

He would also love to pull the ideas for the recruiter who was playing the game with Gi-hun. The story will move forward with the Gi-hun’s and there are many possibilities out there for season 2 storylines.
