Pawandeep Rajan Wins the Golden Trophy and Becomes the Indian Idol Winner of Season 12

The Indian Idol Season 12 has finally come to an end. The #GreatestFinaleEver which witnessed legendary singers like Alka Yagnik, Kumar Sanu, Udit Narayana and the lights of Javed Ali, Sukhwinder Singh, Raghav Sachar, Mika Singh, Sadhana Sargam, Annu Kapoor.

Bollywood actors  Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani also came to the show to promote their movie, Shershaah which is a tribute to Captain Vikram Batra.

Though it was a very tough competition amongst the top 6 contestants, it was hard to chose who should be the winner of Indian Idol 12. The top contestants in order of the votes received,

Indian Idol 12 Winner and Runner Up

Pawandeep Rajan, the winner of Indian Idol 12 took home a cash prize of Rs. 25,00,000 and an all new Maruti Suzuki Swift. While the runner up was Arunita Kanjial. The remaining contestants in order were,
