It is an American legal drama featuring Jamie Foxx, Tommy Lee Jones, Jurnee Smollett, Alan Ruck, Pamela Reed and Bill Camp. The story is from 1995, when a lawyer, Willie E. Gary, assisted Jeremiah Joseph O’Keefe, the owner of a small funeral facility, in filing a lawsuit against the Loewen Group, a huge funeral home conglomerate. There was a dispute between them regarding a contract. The Loewen Group was forced to file for bankruptcy due to Gary’s ability to obtain a huge $500 million jury verdict.

Releasing on October 20, 2023, the movie features Josephine Langford as Zoey Miller, Drew Starkey, Archie Renaux, Patrick Fabian, Andie MacDowell and Mallori Johnson in lead roles.
