The Night Manager: Indian Adaption of British Show, Know the Release Date, Cast, and Plot Details

Indian OTT streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar is all set to release the Hindi adaption of the famous British Spy series The Night Manager. Hindi adaptation also named The Night Manager will feature Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor. The show is directed by Sandeep Modi.

Anil Kapoor has already made appearances in OTT-released movies, but this will be his debut web series. It’s also Aditya Roy Kapur’s debut in the OTT world. The two actors previously appeared together onscreen in the 2020 movie Malang.

British Version of The Night Manager:

The British show The Night Manager is a 6-episode drama espionage thriller starring Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie. It was released in 2016 and the show received many awards, including Golden Globe and Emmy nominations. 

The script of the show was written by David Farr, and Susanne Bier directed the series.

The Night Manager has an IMDb rating of 8.1 out of 10 and is accessible via the streaming service Amazon Prime Video. 

The Plot of The Night Manager:

A secret operative and a weapons dealer engage in a cat-and-mouse game in the spy series The Night Manager. Hugh Laurie’s role from the original series will be played by Anil Kapoor, and Tom Hiddleston’s role will be played by Aditya Roy Kapur.

The Release Date of The Night Manager:

Disney+ Hotstar will release its Hindi adaptation of The Night Manager on February 17^th, 2023.

The two-minute trailer opens with Aditya stumbling down a cold mountain before cutting to Anil Kapoor watching a raging battleground. 

The spy played by Aditya is then seen working as a hotel’s night manager while also plotting to infiltrate Anil’s household. The trailer promises that The Night Manager is filled with a gripping and intense plotline.
