Maitree: A New Serial About Two Best Friends Whose Fates are Intertwined

The fate of two close friends – Nandini and Swati takes an unexpected turn. ‘Maitree’ is an upcoming Hindi drama television series that will revolve around the story of these two friends whose fate seems to be intertwined because of an unfortunate incident. 

Cast of ‘Maitree’

The lead protagonist of the serial is ‘Maitree’, whose role will be played by actress Shrenu Parikh. Shrenu is a talented actress best known for her roles in ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? Ek Baar Phir’ where she played the role of Aastha Agnihotri, and ‘Ishqbaaz’ where she played the role of Gauri Kumari Sharma. The role of her best friend, Nandini, will be played by Bhaweeka Chaudhary. She will take the role of an antagonist later in the serial. Bhaweeka is famously known for playing the role of Pani Pari in ‘Balveer Returns’.

Namish Taneja, as Ashish, is also one of the lead actors in the serial. Mohit Kumar, Zaan Khan, Pratish Vora, Khalid Jaan, and Ananya Khare will also be seen in recurring roles in ‘Maitree’.

Maitree and Nandini are very close friends who dream of getting married in one house as they hardly stay apart from each other. However, Nandini seems to have broken the trust of Maitree after marriage, and Maitree is heartbroken! 

When and Where to Watch ‘Maitree’

The show is a production of Sunshine Productions, and the producer is Sudhir Sharma. ‘Maitree’ will be telecast on the Zee TV channel and will also be available on official website of Zee TV and Zee5 app. The show will run for 30 minutes from Monday to Saturday at 7.30 PM.
