He has decided to come with a brand new hit story which is about a man Laal Singh with a low IQ level and his different perspective about Indian history.  Laal Singh Chadha has filmed in around 100 Indian locations, and the principal photography was done in Chandigarh on 31 October 2019.

Laal Singh Chadha is inspired by the novel Winston Groom’s- Forest Gump. The adaptation of Forest Gump underwent several changes with Atul Kulkarni, who has spent the first 10 years adapting the script and another ten years purchasing the remake rights.

The movie showcases Aamir Khan playing the lead role of Laal Singh Chaddha, a Sikh guy, and Kareena Kapoor Khan as Maneela Sodhi, the wife of Laal Singh. Vijay Sethupathi, a South actor who is debuting his first Bollywood movie, will play the role of Laal Singh’s friend. 

Mona Singh will be seen as Chaddha’s sister, Yogi babu as Baswir Singh. Besides, Sharukh Khan and Salman Khan will also make their cameo appearance in the movie. The fans would be delighted to watch all the three Khan’s once again in one movie. The film also features south actor Naga Chaitanya.
