Sony TV’s one of the most popular show has announced its Grand Finale Date. The Grand Finale is going to be aired for 12 hours from 12pm to 12am on 15th August. The top 6 contestants are Pawandeep Rajan, Shanmukhapriya, Nihal Tauro, Mohd Danish, Arunita Kanjilal and Sayli Kamble.

As per the sources, Neha Kakkar who had been the judge of the Indian Idol 12 from the very start will not attend the grand finale. She has been missing out the shoots since the time shooting shifted to Daman due to ongoing pandemic . The finale will be hosted in Mumbai but Neha will not be available as she wants to take a break to spend some quality time with her husband, Rohanpreet. Though, there is no official confirmation yet. Sonu Kakkar, sister of Neha Kakkar who has replaced Neha Kakkar will be seen till last episode.
Presence of many legendary singers is expected for the finale. If sources are to believed, here is the list of people who will be attending the Indian Idol 12 Grand Finale,
These all will be gracing the occasion with their presence on 15th August 2021.
Few ex-contestants will be seen giving outstanding performances in the Grand Finale. Ashish Kulkarni will too be performing in the finale. Aditya too will be seen performing and launching the song ‘Bawri Si’ in the Grand Finale of Indian Idol 12 that is composed by Ashish and Pawandeep. He believes that this would be the best way to launch the song in order to reach larger audiences.
Manish Malhotra will be designing outfits for the top 6 contestants. He took to his Instagram and wrote :” My entire childhood I have been crazy about the movies …. when all these very young and supremely talented singers sing all those songs.. I love it all . With such tough and close competition, it will be interesting to see who wins the Golden Trophy. As per fans and our voting, Pawandeep Rajan will be the winner of the season.
