Elite Season 6 Release Date, Cast, Plot and Trailer – Everything you need to Know

Elite was already renewed officially for Season 6 in October 2021, so the audience expected to watch the life of students studying in the Las Encinas School in a fresh year.

Has the Filming for Season 6 Already Begun?

Season 5 left the audience on such a cliff-hanger that they are desperate to see what this teen drama has to offer in the coming season. The cast of Elite have already been filming for Season 6 since February this year. In fact, the makers have also revealed that there will be five new faces, including a trans actor, in this spicy teen drama.

What is the Release Date of Elite?

In September 2022, Netflix officially confirmed the release date of Elite along with a teaser trailer in which they introduced the new characters. Fans can stream Elite from November 18, 2022, on Netflix. Although they are yet to confirm the number of episodes this season, we are guessing there may be 8 episodes just like its previous seasons.

Elite Season 6 Cast

There are many cast members from Elite who have left the show after Season 5, including – Omar Ayuso (Omar), Itzan Escamilla (Samuel), Georgina Amorós (Cayetana), and Claudia Salas (Rebeka). At the end of season 5, Benjamín attacked Samuel, which caused him a bad head injury. It is unclear whether or not Samuel survived this attack.

Netflix has already confirmed that Itzan Escamilla playing Samuel, is leaving the show. They shared several pictures of him on May 10 and bid him a heartfelt adieu captioning the post – “how we met him, and how we said goodbye, Samuel.” Itzan too, shared a picture of himself in Elite uniform on his Instagram page.

Characters who will be back from 4 and 5 include Carla Díaz (Ari), Manu Rios (Patrick), Martina Cariddi (Mencía), Valentina Zenere (Isadora), Pol Granch (Phillipe) and André Lamoglia (Iván).

In January 2022, Netflix revealed the names of six new stars who would be joining Season 6,

• Ander Puig (Nico)
• Alex Pastrana (Raul)
• Nadia Al Saidi (Sonia)

Ander Puig will be the first trans main cast member in Elite.
