DOTA: Dragon’s Blood Season 2 is the most anticipated show of the year after it had hit the positive reviews and an IMDb rating of 7.9 when it premiered its Season 1 on March 25, 2021.
The animated and fantasy series is based on the epic Dota video game and features the story of Davion, (the hero and the Dragon Knight) and Mirana, the Princess of the Moon. As the show hit the streaming platform Netflix with its first season, it became an instant hit around the animated and game community.
The DOTA: Dragon’s Blood Season 1 had made its way in the list of the top 10 most-watched series on Netflix in almost 47 different regions, including Singapore, Philippines, and Malaysia.
Many of you wanted DOTA: Dragon’s Blood web series to make a comeback with Season 2 and hence the makers have decided to hit the screen with its thrilling and interesting story of DOTA: Dragon’s Blood in a new season. We have tried to compile everything we know about the Season 2 so far.
With a trailer of DOTA: Dragon’s Blood Season 2 on the YouTube channel, the show hinted that it could be available to fans in January 2022. The Season 2 is all set to release on January 18, 2022, which was earlier scheduled to release on January 6, 2022.

DOTA: Dragon’s Blood Season 1 ended with a major cliffhanger featuring betray of ex-lover Invoker of princess Mirana’s patron goddess Selemene. Invoker had cracked a deal with demon Terrorblade that in exchange for the soul of goddess Selemane, Terrorblade will provide the seven souls to Invoker, which let him become more powerful and heal the wound of Invoker. Season 2 will see what Invoker chooses who is left with two choices: killing princess or taking her powers.
This major story will revolve around the choices of Invoker and, lastly, What the Princess gets? Will Invoker kill her, or would she fight with him to protect her powers and life? It is unpredictable where the story will turn around.
Davion will transform back to human in other scenes but still will have Slyrak’s soul within himself. And, there would be a major fight between Fymyrn and Davion as Invoker will order Fymyrn to bring Davion to him to get his soul and give it to Terrorblade. With these aspects, the story will also turn around former Goddess Mene. Besides, Mirana will be seen leading her people as luna is badly injured.
This time the story may feature more twists and turns and likely to back with some new characters to spice up the drama.
