Bhool Bhulaiya 2 Box Office Collection Prediction – Kartik Aaryan starrer gets 1.5 crore in Advance Booking

The much-awaited sequel of Bhool Bhulaiya, Bhool Bhulaiya 2, is all set to release this May 20, 2022. The movie has been directed by famous Anees Bazmi and is a horror comedy just like its prequel.

Bhool Bhulaiya 2 will be released in approximately 3000 screens in India. A report revealed that Inox, PVR, and Cinepolis had already sold more than 30,000 tickets by Wednesday, collecting a gross of Rs.69,00,000. To draw the audience, the makers of the movie are known to have cut down the ticket rates to almost half, considering the release of several other big-budgeted movies.

The movie is expected to collect about Rs. 10 crores on opening, considering the popularity of Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan starring Bhool Bhulaiya already set an expectation of outstanding acting skills. Although the trailer looks promising, actors Kartik and Kiara are yet to be seen performing in the movie.

In the lead roles of Bhool Bhulaiya 2 are Kartik Aaryan as Ruhan Randhawa who is a fraud tantric, Kiara Advani as Reet Thakur who is also Manjulika, Tabu plays Kanika Sharma, Rajpal Yadav plays the role of Chhote Pandit, Amar Upadhyay is Uday Pathak in the movie and is Kanika’s husband, and Sanajay Mishra is Jyotishi Baba.

Bhool Bhulaiya 2 Story

The story is about two strangers, Ruhaan and Reet, who meet by fate and become close friends. Reet has a certain fear, and Ruhaan decides to help her come out of this fear before she goes back to her hometown. Reet attends a music festival with Ruhaan and lies to her family, saying that she is already taken a bus home. After the festival, she takes the next bus home. However, the bus she misses crashes, leaving all passengers dead. Reet is safe as she missed the bus, but she cannot reveal to her family that she was alive.

However, she goes back home to see how her family is faring. Reet’s family stays in a house haunted by Manjulika’s ghost. She hides from her family, leaving Ruhaan to face their questions. Meanwhile, Ruhaan tells them that he can speak to the ghosts. Soon Ruhaan becomes popular with the villagers, but his fame is short-lived as he is encountered with Manjulika’s ghost. He now has to save the family from the ghost of Manjulika and keep Reet hidden from the family members too.

Conclusion

The story looks promising, but the success of the movie depends on how the story unfolds and the acting skills of the actors.
